Meals at District Conference

To sign up for meals or the ministers/leaders event you need to complete a registration form here. Your congregation has paid for your participation, but all meals and the Ministers Conference must be registered for and paid for by October 22nd. When you complete the registration you will receive an email with instructions for making payment.

Friday: Workshop Lunch

This will be reserved during registration when you choose the CEU Educational Event. The cost is included in the Workshop Fee.
5:00 to 6:30 p.m. Dinner at The Spot – ULV Dining Hall ($13.00 ticket purchase required during registration)

Friday: Right after Worship: Ice Cream

Join us after worship for ice cream
Location: At the back of the Worship room.

11:30 – 12:30 pm Lunch featuring a Sandwich Buffet in the main meeting room ($17.00 ticket purchase required during registration).

Saturday: Social Hour with appetizers

This will take place at the end of business for one hour. You must sign up during registration ($8 ticket purchase required)
