Come and enjoy a great weekend of fellowship, worship, and activities with youth from around the PSWD! Sign up for Youth Activities by registering for conference ($30) which includes the Youth Activity Package. Snacks, Saturday meals & Sunday Breakfast are included with your fees.

Highlights of our time together will include catching up with friends from around the district, participating in three awesome worship services, and other special activities just for the Youth!

On-site housing, in the form of an overnight sleepover, will not be available for middle school aged youth in 6th & 7th grade. For 8th graders and high school aged youth, they can choose if they would rather stay at Hillcrest or with their parents/guardians.
  • If there are 3 or more youth attending from your congregation, your congregation is required to register an adult advisor, no younger than 24 years old, who will be present at all youth events through the weekend, (including the overnight sleepover).
  • If your group is comprised of both boys and girls, you will need to send both a male advisor and female advisor.
  • All youth advisors are required to fill out the 3 youth worker forms found here: www.pswdcob.org/youth/youth-worker-forms

  • Friday: ALL meals are with parents. Click here for options.
  • Only SATURDAY Breakfast through SUNDAY Breakfast are included in the activity package. (Friday meals are extra)
  • Youth will join the rest of conference for Worship services.
  • You must register for the Youth Activity Package by the registration deadline of Thursday, October 25th, so we can plan for enough food and advisors based on the number of youth registered.
  • All Youth Activities will be in La Verne and San Dimas, California.

Detailed Youth Schedule:

  • Friday, November 9
    • 3:00-9:00pm All Conference Registration Table Open (closed during worship)
    • 5:30 – 6:15pm Conference Dinner (Ticket Required)
    • 6:15pm: Youth gather and meet before Worship at Hillcrest’s Meetinghouse
    • 7:00 – 8:30pm Worship at Hillcrest’s Meetinghouse
    • 8:30 – 9pm Ice Cream Social
    • 9:00 – 10:30pm Youth Activities (Ice Breakers/ Get-to-know-you Games)
    • 10:30pm Parents pickup 6th and 7th graders
    • 11:00pm: Lights Out / Bedtime
  • Saturday, November 10
    • 8:30am – 9:30am – Wake Up/Get Ready/Breakfast
    • 9: 35am – 1:30pm Frank G. Bonelli Regional Park (Lunch included)
    • 2:00pm – Discipleship time
    • 3:00 – 5:00pm Arts & Crafts & Service Project
    • 5:00pm Dinner
    • 6:00pm 1st part of Movie
    • 6:45 – 8:30pm Worship
    • 8:30 – 10:00pm 2nd part of Movie with discussion
    • 10:30pm Parents pickup 6th and 7th graders
    • 11:00pm – Lights Out / Bedtime
  • Sunday, November 11
    • 7:00 – 8:00 am: Wake Up / Pack / Breakfast
    • 9:15am: Group Picture / Meet at the Sanctuary at La Verne, CoB
    • 9:30 – 10:45am Worship
    • 11:00am Departure~ Bye!
