Changes in License Renewal for 2010 Read the letter to licensees and email to congregations for more detail Everyone's licensing renewal service will take place at District Conference, during Sunday Morning Worship, November 8, 2009 in Sacramento. Direct questions about this required attendance to Ministry Commission Chair John Jackson. The Licensee's church board, or council needs to mail their reaffirmation of the licensing by September 15, 2009. An email letter has already been sent to them reminding them of this requirement.
