Given the complexity of ministry and the need to have adequate boundaries and understanding of the denomination
policy of Clergy Ethics, it is imperative that you attend this meeting and inform your church board chair person
that you are required to attend.
Your attendance will be noted in your personal file and recorded as part of the 5 - year ordination review.
All ordained and licensed ministers are required to be in attendance. Retired ministers should attend
if you have interest in active ministerial leadership, like preaching, teaching, or acting in a pastoral role.
